可在液晶显示屏上将手表频率图完整地显示，并提供5种颜色选择。会自动计算日差、摆幅及频率错误，并以数据显示。

the frequency diagram of watch can be displayed in the lcd screen, and the color can be selected in five kinds of model. the instrument will automatically calculate the rate, amplitude, beat error, and display them by data in the screen.

对常规节拍的手表，仪器会自动感应；对特殊节拍的手表，可以用手动选择。可选择2秒、4秒、6秒、8秒、10秒、20秒、30秒、60秒的取样周期，并计算对应周期内的平均值作为手表的计时精度值。

for the conventional beat, the instrument can automatically response;for the special beat, can manually select.

the sampling period can selected by two seconds,four seconds, six seconds, eight seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, and the average of corresponding period will be regard as the precise value of the watch.

可调整6种测试方位，测试中模拟声响可选择有或无。仪器还备有时钟显示功能，以方便校对手表的时间。

注意：

仪器不能安装在阳光直射或温度超出60℃的地方。感应器应与嘈杂的机械声、喇叭声、脆的物品敲打声,特别象超声波清洗机等要保持有足够的距离，嘈杂的声音会干扰感应信号的输入,如果仪器装有打印机，也应保持足够的距离。

caution:

the instrument is to be installed in such a way that it is not exposed to direct sunlight or to extreme temperature60℃.the microphone should be placed at a sufficient distance from noisy machines, loudspeakers, sharp stroke sound and particularly from ultrasonic cleaning machines. the high noise will disturb signal sensing by the microphone .if the instrument is equipped with a printer then this should also be placed at a sufficient distance.

3.2.1电源连接the power suply

将电源线插入适合的电源插座,电源的电压范围是100v～240v之间。连接电源前请把仪器的开关置于off的位置

lnserted power cable into the mach outlet. power supply voltage is between the 100 v～240v.please place the switch in the off position before the power connected.

把感应器插头连接到主机的感应器接口处。

the sensor plugs to connect to the host interface department of sensors.

将热敏式打印机的插头连接到主机的打印机接口处。（如果没购打印机则无需连接）

connect the plug of thermal printer to the port of host. (the connection is unnecessary if no buy the printer

3.3 开机 starting instrument

把后面板上的开关键拔到“on”处，仪器会发出“嘀”的开机提示音。通电后仪器会热机5秒，然后进入测试状态。

turn the switch on the back board to“on”. the equipment will given a boot voice of"di". after preparing for five seconds, the equipment will enter the test states.

打印机需打印测试结果时才打开电源。不打印时则关上电源，以延长主机内电源的使用寿命。

only need the print results, can turn on the switch of printer. otherwise closethe switch to extended the service life of the host supply.

4 .操作 operating

开启电源开关后仪器已可以操作，每次断电后重新开机仪器都会恢复到出厂设置的状态，不保留被用户设定过的参数

after turning on the switch, the instrument has started operation, every turn off, the parameters will return to factory settings, do no store the parameters that set by user.

把手表放在感应器上，手表的把的（龙头）应靠在金属片上。测试方位可随意转换,方位转换好后手应离开感应器及手表。绿色信号灯闪亮，则表示已接收到手表的信号。

place the watch on the signal sensor and the uplift of watch (leader) should the sheet metal. test position can be changed freely; the hand must remove from the sensor after the test position is fixed. green light flashing, means have received the signal of watch.

为了您的仪器可以使用更长的时间，如果长时间不进行手表测试，请把电源开关拔到off的位置。

for your equipment can use for a longer time，if the watch test is not been done in a long time, please pull the power switch to the off position.

5 .按键的使用 the use of keys

5.1打印键print

打印机应与主机连接好并打开电源，先按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），再按一次打印键，打印机就会把显示屏上的参数打印出来

printer should be connected correctly to host and turn the switch on, press the start/stop key at first (red led lights), and then press the print key, the printer will print out the parameters on the screen.

要停止打印或让仪器继续测试手表，则按一次开始/暂停键。

to stop printing or to continue to test the watch，then press the start/stop key once time.

要调整仪器任何参数时，必须先按一次开始/暂停键。

adjust any parameters of the equipment，first you must press start/stop key.

按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮），直接按数值↑↓键可调整显示屏的光亮度，并且会在周期显示的位置上显示亮度的数值。亮度选择好后连续按两次开始/暂停键，仪器则恢复到正常测试。

press the start/stop key one time( red led lights ), then directly press the value↑ ↓key to change the backlight brightness, and display the level of brightness by value. after the brightness selecting，press the start/stop key two times, the instrument will be carried out the normal test.

选定好任何一种要调整的选项后，按数值↓键,则可选择下一个较低的系数值。

select the parameter that want to adjust, then press value↓key ,you can get a lower value.

选定好任何一种要调整的选项后，按键数值↑键则可选择下一个较高的系数值

5.5   节拍键    5.5 beat key

先按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），接着按一次节拍键，显示屏上的节拍字体会变成红色。此时按数值↑↓键，可手动选择节拍。选定节拍后再按一次节拍键，红色字体会变回蓝色，Zui后再按一次开始/暂停键，仪器则会进行手动选定节拍的测试。（原机设置为节拍自动选择）

first press the start/stop key one time (red led lights), and then press the beat key a time, the beat font in the screen will turn into red. at this time, press↑and↓key，can manually select the beat. press the beat key again after the beat selected, the red font change back into blue, finally, presses the start/stop key once again, the instrument will be carried out the test in a manually beat mode. (at the first ,the instrument set to the mode that automatically selected the beat)

先按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），接着按一次节拍键，显示屏的节拍字体会变成红色。此时的节拍值是上一次测试手表的节拍值，再按一次节拍键，仪器节拍显示部位会出现“节拍∶自动”的字体，再按在开始/暂停键，仪器则进行节拍自动选择测试手表。（自动选择的节拍数值请参照频率数目章节）

5.6  升角键 lift angle

先按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），接着按一次升角键，显示屏升角部位的字会变成红色。此时按数值↑↓键可调整升角的大小。（原机设置为52°）

press the start/stop key ( red led lights ), and then press the lift angle key one time, the lift angle font in the screen will turn into red . at this time, press↑and↓key，can adjust the value of lift angle. (the original value is set to 52°.)

选定合适的升角后，按一次升角键，升角字体会变回蓝色，再按一次开始/暂停键，仪器则进入选定升角的正常测试。

after the right lift angle is selected , press the lift angle key, the lift angle font change back into blue, press the start/stop key again, the instrument will be carried out the normal test in a lift angle selected.

5.7 周期键period key

按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），按一次周期键，显示屏周期部位字体变成红色，按数值↑↓键选择要测试的周期。周期选好后按一次周期键，周期部位的字体变回蓝色。再按一次开始/暂停键，仪器则进入周期选定后的正常测试。（原机设置为4s）

first press the start/stop key one time (red led lights), and then press the period key a time, the period font in the screen will turn into red. at this time, press↑and↓key，can manually select the period. press the period key again after the period selected, the red font change back into blue. finally, press the start/stop key a time again, the instrument will be carried out the test in a selected period. ( at the first ,the instrument set to 4 s )

5.8  颜色键 color key

仪器正常测试中，直接按颜色键可选择有或无打点线条的提示线。

during the normal test, presses directly the color key, you can select the reference line whether or not。

按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），按一次颜色键，显示屏颜色部位字体变成红色，按数值↑键，可选择5种颜色；按下数值↓键，可选择显示屏数据显示框的颜色。 

press the start/stop key (red led lights), and then press the color key, the color font in the screen will turn into red. at this time, press↑key ,five colors can be selected; press↓key, the color that display the data in the box can be selected .

颜色选定后，按颜色键，显示颜色部位的字体会变成蓝色，再按一次开始/暂停键仪器进入正常测试。

after the color was selected, press the color key, the color font change back into blue, press the start/stop key a time again, the instrument will be carried out the normal test.

5.9  声响（扬声器）键    5.9  speaker key

直接按声响键可开启或关闭内置的扬声器。

press directly the speaker key, can turned on or off the internal speaker.

5.10 时钟键       5.10 time key

按一次开始/暂停键（红灯亮起），按一次时钟键，显示屏时钟显示的字体“时”部分会变成红色，再按一次时钟键“分”部分的字体会变成红色，再按一次“秒”部分的字体会变成红色，“时、分、秒”任何字体变色时都可按数值↑↓键调整时间。时间调整好后，按时钟键，则时间显示字体全部变成蓝色，再按一次开始/暂停键，仪器恢复正常测试

first press the start/stop key one time( red led lights ), then press the time key, the“hour”in the screen will turn into red, press the time key a time again, the“minute”turn into red, press the time key again, the“second”part turn into red，for the“hour,minute,second”,any value of them can be changed when the font change into red . by pressing↑and↓key. when the time was set rightly, presses the time key, the clock font change into blue, finally, presses the start/stop key again, the instrument will be carried out the normal test.

5.11 信号键 signal key

直接按信号↑↓键可增强或减弱输入信号。测试一般的手表不用调整信号的强弱度，对信号特别强或特别弱的手表只做适当的调整即可。

press directly the signal↑↓key can increase or decrease the strength of the input signal. usually don’t have to adjust the strength when testing the gerenal watch, but it is necessary to adjust properly the signal strength for the watch whose signal is particularly strong or weak.

信号的强弱度以线条连续且无杂点、同时摆幅显示稳定为依据。如果无论如何增强或减弱信号，线条始终都杂乱，这就表明是手表的机芯存在问题

the strength of the signal is base on the lines is continue and no noise points, at the same time the amplitude is stable. if in any case increase or decrease the signal strength, the lines is always scattered, which means the watch movement is problematic.

6.参 数parameters

6.1 节拍数目（频率数目）  beat numbers ( frequency numbers )

自动      automatic  

仪器自动选择的节拍有：

e following beat numbers are selected by automatic selection mode：12000、14400、18000、19800、21600、25200、28800、36000、43200。

（如果所测手表的节拍不在自动选择范围内，仪器会显示出Zui接近的节拍数,但这个测试结果是不正确的。此时，应手动选择相应的节拍

if the tested beat is not in automatically selection, the instrument will display the closest beat number, but the test result is not correct. at this time, use the manual mode to select the relative beat.

选择可以选择出仪器无法自动识别的节拍数目及很少见的节拍数目。

nual selection can selected out the beat number that automatic select can not identify and rare beat number.

选择的节拍有：

e following beat are selected by manual selection mode：3600、6000、7200、7380、7440、7800、9000、9100、10800、11880、12000、12342、12480、12600、13320、13440、13500、14000、14040、14160、14200、14280、14400、14520、14580、14760、14850、15000、15360、15600、16200、16320、16800、17196、17258、17280、17786、17897、18000、18049、18514、19332、19440、19800、20160、20222、20944、21000、21031、21306、21600、25200、28800、32400、36000、43200。

多数普通机芯的升角为52°，所以仪器出厂时升角设置为52°。在计算摆幅时需要这个数值，升角可以设定为30°至70°之间。

the lift angle is52°for many common movements,therfore the lift angle value of instrument for factory is set to52°.

 this value is required to calculate the amplitude and must be selected according to the watch movement.

the lift angle can be set to between30°and 70°

6.3  测量周期    6.3 period

测量周期可选取：2s、4s、8s、12s、20s、30s、30s、60s。

e measuring period selectable: 2s、4s、8s、12s、20s、30s、30s、60s.

计算测试结果的平均值。

7.技术数据technical data

测量范围：机械表的日差、摆幅、偏振并记录节拍图形。

measuring possibilities: rate deviation, amplitude, beat error of mechanical watches and diagram recording of the beat noise.

节拍数目：可自动测定常见手表的节拍，也可以手动选择不太常见的节拍。

mber: automatic determination of all common beat number, manual selection for less common beat number.

日差测量：误差测量范围为±999秒/日,精度为1.0秒/日。

te deviation measurement: the range of deviation is±999 sec / day, precision 1.0 sec/day.

摆幅测量：以数字显示，分辨率为1°，测量范围是100°—360°（升角度会影响幅度，范围是30°—70°。正常情况下手表的摆幅度不要超出330°）

plitude measurement: numerical display in degrees, resolution is1°,measuring range:100°to360°(the lift angle can affect the amplitude, range:30°to 70°.under normal circumstances, the amplitude value do not exceed360°.

测量平均值的周期时间：2s,4s,8s,10s,20s,30s,30s,60s。 

masuring period times for the average numerical results: 2 s, 4s, 8s, 10s, 20s, 30s, 30s, 60s.

偏振（频率错误）测量：数值以毫秒显示。分辨率是0.1毫秒，测量范围是0—9.9毫秒.

 masuringfor the beat error (frequency error): numerical display in milliseconds. resolution is 0.1 milliseconds; the measuring range is 0-9.9 ms.

升角：升角测量范围是30°～70°，出厂值设置为52°。

8.见故障及处理common faults and handling

8.1 插好电源后屏幕不亮

8.1 after insert the socket, the screen is dark.

检查后盖板的开关是否调到on的位置。

check the switch on back cover is on the on or off.

8.2仪器能“嘀”声响进入到测试状态，但装好感应器并放好手表后，仪器不工作。

8.2 the instrument can enter testing state with the sound of“di", but after placed the watch on the sensor, the instrument do not work.

检查手表是否会转动（并且摆幅要100°以上），手表的把头（龙头）是否接触到感应器的金属片上。

check the second hand whether rotation (and amplitude must be more than 100°), the crown of watch (leading) is against at the sheet metal of sensor.

8.3  蓝色信号灯会亮，但显示的线条很乱或出现很多线条

8.3  blue led light is bright, but the lines is scattered or occur many lines.

可能是节拍不对，可手动调整符合手表的节拍（频率）
